Train the trainer
How does bureaucracy in Germany affect our daily lives and our future as migrants? This is one of the fundamental and complex questions we aim to discuss and understand in our first Train-the-Trainer workshop of the year.

Our goal is to help women living in shared housing for refugees understand how the German system works—not just in theory or on paper, but also in practice when it comes to defending their rights. Although the rights accessible to Migrants are not the same as those accessible to German citizens, it is extremely important to reiterate the existence of these rights and learn how to properly use them.
Knowing about these rights empowers us and prevents us from being forced into situations that we can avoid. For many people, the right to meals, protection, shelter, clothing, legal representation, and language courses is essential, and understanding what options are available to them in their own situation is the bare minimum of assistance.
